Inside Knowledge.
Real Experience.
Proven Results.
I’ve spent 15 years in the Workday ecosystem as an end user, a Workday partner, a solutions architect, and a project lead. I’m one of the few people who have served in every role across the ecosystem, which gives me a rare, multifaceted perspective. I know what it feels like to be in your shoes and what it takes to lead a project to the finish line.
Career Highlights
2010
Discovering Workday
I started as an HR and payroll leader in the oil and gas industry, managing multi-state payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR systems. This is where I first got hands-on with Workday, implementing it from the inside and seeing firsthand what it takes to make a system truly work for its people. I learned how critical it is to bridge technology with real-world needs, a lesson that still guides me today.
2011
Partner-Side Perspective
I joined a global consulting firm as a Workday consultant, stepping into the partner role for the first time. I led payroll implementations and stabilization for large, complex organizations, gaining firsthand experience with Workday’s deployment methodology and collaborating with clients across industries. This experience taught me how to balance technical precision with stakeholder alignment.
2014
Leading Implementations Across Industries
I stepped into senior program and product leadership roles, serving as Program Lead, Product Manager, and Solutions Architect, across multiple industries. I led full Workday implementations, reimplementations, payroll optimizations, and large-scale change management initiatives. These projects required me to coordinate global teams, manage multiple vendors, and deliver measurable results under tight timelines. I became known for my ability to navigate competing priorities while keeping programs on track.
2017
Building Something Different
I founded my own Workday consulting practice, developing a team and a reputation for delivering complex, multi-million-dollar programs with precision while never losing sight of the people behind the project.
IJA delivered deep technical expertise with a personal, values-driven approach, proving that strategic guidance could be both high-level and human-centered. Under my leadership, the firm delivered successful implementations and stabilization programs for dozens of clients across the country.
2025
Independent Consulting Practice
Today, I bring that same delivery rigor in a more focused model: direct, senior-level leadership from day one. I partner with a small number of clients at a time so I can embed quickly, align stakeholders, and drive execution without handoffs or layers.
My goal is the same as it’s always been: to provide steady, hands-on leadership, drive execution, and help you move forward with confidence.

A Little More
About Me
As a mom of three, I’m no stranger to juggling priorities, staying calm under pressure, and finding creative solutions when plans change.
Outside of Workday, you might find me:
Driving with rock music turned up just a little too loud
Fully committed to holiday traditions, especially Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Watching some truly “so-bad-it’s-good” reality TV
Enjoying comfort food that reminds me of home (Texas!)
I believe the best professional relationships are built on trust, respect, and a genuine connection. If we end up working together, you’ll get the same care and attention I’d give to a close colleague or friend — and probably a personal holiday card.
